Our Mission...
The Golden Women’s Resource Centre Society supports the empowerment of women locally and globally by building women’s individual capacity, acting as a catalyst for change and leading the way to a non-violent, socially just, healthy, and diverse society.
We provide a safe, non-judgemental and positive place for women and their children to come together, connect with local services, chill out, unload and/or unwind with a cup of coffee or tea in our cozy lounge
Located across from the 7-11 at 419C 9th Ave. N. Box 2343, Golden BC, V0A 1H0, the staff at the Golden Women's Resource Centre work for and to maintain the equality of all women within its community and around the world.
Safe Homes 24 hr Emergency Crisis Line: 250-344-2101
Emergency shelter is available to women and their children 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.
