This day marks the anniversary of the murders in 1989 of 14 young women at l'École Polytechnique de Montréal. These women were killed because they were women. December 6 also represents an opportunity for Canadians to reflect on the phenomenon of violence against women in our society, to consider the women and girls for whom violence is a daily reality, and to remember those who have died as a result of gender-based violence. And finally, it is a day on which communities can consider concrete actions to eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls.

OR do you want to try to give your children a better understanding of the value of money and instill good spending and savings habits at a young age? If so, this Coffee Talk Session is for you. We will be sharing ideas about allowance, paying your children to do chores, teaching the 10/10/10/70 rule, and giving some creative ideas on how to get your children interested in money matters.
